Agri Environment Climate scheme

The Agri Environment Climate Scheme provides targeted support towards land management practices aimed at protecting Scotland’s natural landscape.

This scheme provides farmers and land owners with an opportunity to undertake management and capital work for environmental purposes.

A total of £355 million has been allocated between 2014 and 2020 to fund a range of activities that help to maintain and enhance Scotland’s natural environment.

The Agri-Environment Climate Scheme management options are geographically targeted in order to make them available in the locations where they will deliver the greatest benefit.
